Aroma Tick is committed to offering the best possible Customer service. That's why all orders placed before 1.00pm will be dispatched the same day for next business day delivery in Sydney metro area.

We deliver all goods purchased via Australia Post or Fastway courier within NSW. Please, refer to the Australia Post and Fastway websites for further information on delivery practice and delivery times. However we reserve the right to ship via other means at our discretion.

If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order.

Delivery charges
For Customers on a plan, we offer free delivery included in their plan. All other Customers can benefit from free delivery if their order is equal to or exceeds $50.00 in value. Otherwise a flat delivery fee of $10.00 is charged.

Returns Policy
Please choose carefully.

We do not normally offer refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or are responsible for damaging the item by not following instructions or misusing the product.
Exchanges or Refunds are available where goods are faulty, not the same as was described or do not do what they are supposed to do.
